I wish I had a time machine

This past weekend was pretty stacked with events...I don't think it can compare to this week though. I think I have an event every night except for Tuesday and Sunday night. Guess I'm going to have to stock up on Vitamin C!

On Friday I attended Mercury Bar's Olde Ivory Pizza Party. Unfortunately, I missed out on JJ Dolan's, my favorite pizza parlor, but it's okay because there was good music by False Crack, Narwhal, and Monarx. I haven't been to a False Crack show in awhile and it was awesome to hear them again. This band always has so much energy and I love taking photos of them (that sounds dirty). I missed Narwhal's set but I heard it was amazing like always. Oh man, I'm getting so hyped up about Monarx. They sound SO GOOD and they remind me so much of Digable Planets. I can't wait to see them live more.

After the pizza party, I rushed down to Tropics for Hiphop at the Trops. I was looking forward to the Night Marchers (I had yet to see them perform!) and SAMPLE.
